Account Registration
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to open an Account.
- You may not use the Services if it is unlawful to do so under the laws of your country or place of residence. In particular, Australian law (including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001) restricts the provision of many online casino services to persons in Australia, and the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) may classify the Website as an illegal offshore gambling service and request that Australian internet service providers block access.
- By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Website from any jurisdiction where participation in the Services is prohibited by law.
Account Creation and Verification
- You must complete the registration form by providing:
- Full legal name;
- Date of birth;
- Residential address and country;
- Valid email address and, where requested, mobile phone number;
- Unique username and password.
- You must verify your email address and/or phone number using the verification mechanism provided on the Website before full use of the Services.
- The Operator may at any time conduct KYC and AML checks and request documentation, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification;
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement);
- Proof of ownership of payment methods used;
- Evidence of source of funds/wealth where required by law or internal policies.
- Until verification is satisfactorily completed, the Operator may limit deposits, withhold withdrawals, freeze Bets, or suspend the Account.
User Obligations
- You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Services is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity carried out using your username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- You must immediately notify the Operator via the Website if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed by a third party, or used without your authorisation.
- You may only open one Account. Multiple Accounts per person, household, IP address, or device may be closed, and any Bonuses may be cancelled.
- The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration, close, or suspend an Account at its sole discretion where required for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- All Bets must be placed through your Account using the interfaces provided on the Website. Bets placed in any other manner (e.g., email, phone, chat) will not be accepted.
- Each Game has specific rules and pay tables provided by the relevant game supplier. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules applicable to that Game.
- The minimum and maximum stake per Bet or Game are shown within the Game interface. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time.
- A Bet is considered accepted once it is recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your transaction history. Once accepted, a Bet cannot usually be cancelled or modified by you.
- The Operator may refuse or limit any Bet, or part of a Bet, without providing a reason, particularly where it suspects fraud, collusion, Bonus abuse, or technical manipulation.
Game Outcomes and Errors
- Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer operations provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. The Operator relies on these suppliers for game integrity.
- In the event of a technical failure of a Game or its communication systems, all affected Bets and winnings may be voided. Stakes may be returned to your Real Money Balance where appropriate.
- Obvious errors or misconfigurations (including incorrect odds, pay tables, or displayed balances) render affected Bets void. In such cases, the Operator's responsibility is limited to refunding the stake of the erroneous Bet.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- You must behave respectfully towards other Players, live dealers, and staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language;
- Sharing offensive, obscene, or illegal content;
- Advertising or promoting other websites or services;
- Soliciting other Players to engage in off-platform transactions.
- You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or technically abusive behaviour, including:
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts;
- Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs or latency;
- Using stolen payment instruments or third-party accounts without authorisation.
- Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account, voiding of Bets, confiscation of funds associated with the misconduct, and reporting to relevant authorities and the Curaçao licensing bodies.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- All Bonuses and Promotions are discretionary and may be granted, withheld, or withdrawn by the Operator at any time. Specific terms for each Promotion are published on the Website and shall prevail in case of conflict with these general Bonus Terms.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Promotion is available only once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Professional play, Bonus hunting, or participation primarily for Bonus exploitation is prohibited.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before they are converted to Real Money and become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiple (e.g., 30x Bonus amount or 35x Bonus plus deposit) will be specified in the relevant Promotion.
- Unless stated otherwise, the following default rules apply:
- Slots and standard video pokies: 100% contribution towards wagering;
- Table games, live casino, and video poker: 10 - 20% or 0% contribution, as specified on the Website;
- Certain low-risk bets (e.g., betting on red and black simultaneously in roulette) may not count towards wagering at all.
- Bonuses typically expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe stated in the Promotion (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Balance and winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
Prohibited Games and Bonus Abuse
- The Operator may restrict the use of Bonus funds on specific Games or bet types, particularly high-volatility or low-risk strategies that can unfairly exploit Bonuses. Such restrictions are listed in the Promotion terms.
- Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus;
- Using VPNs or masking tools to circumvent country/territory restrictions;
- Placing maximum permitted bets with Bonus funds to rapidly build balance and then switching to low-risk betting;
- Depositing and withdrawing with minimal play solely to obtain cashback or other benefits.
- If the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, it may cancel Bonuses, void associated winnings, and close or suspend the Account.
- Unless expressly permitted, Promotions cannot be combined. Where multiple Promotions are active, wagering will usually be applied to Bonuses in the order in which they were granted.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Processing
- The Website supports various deposit methods depending on your country, which may include:
- Debit and credit cards processed via third-party payment processors (including a subsidiary based in Cyprus for certain card transactions);
- E-wallets and online payment services;
- Bank transfers and local payment solutions (which may include options such as PayID for Australian-dollar transactions where available);
- Prepaid vouchers such as Neosurf or similar;
- Cryptocurrencies supported on the Website.
- Deposits are normally credited instantly or within a few minutes but may be delayed by third-party providers or additional verification checks.
- The Operator may specify minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, day, week, or month. These limits are displayed on the cashier page and may be changed at any time.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals can generally be made via methods used for deposit, subject to technical and regulatory constraints. In some cases, withdrawals may be offered via alternative methods, including bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
- Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may:
- Require completion of KYC/AML checks to its satisfaction;
- Verify ownership of the payment method used;
- Request information about the source of funds.
- The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within 1 - 3 Business Days, but processing times may be longer due to third-party provider delays, additional checks, or Force Majeure Events.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period apply and are shown in the cashier. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments.
- Unless otherwise required by law, no interest is paid on funds held in your Account.
Fees, Currency, and Anti-Money-Laundering
- Where the Operator or its payment partners apply processing fees or currency conversion charges, these will be disclosed on the cashier page or at the time of the transaction. Your bank or payment provider may also charge independent fees.
- Accounts are typically maintained in Australian dollars (AUD) for Australian-facing Services, but the Operator may offer or require other currencies depending on your location and payment method.
- To comply with AML obligations, the Operator may require that deposits be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted. This is to prevent misuse of the Services for non-gaming financial transactions.
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
- Once a deposit has been used to place Bets, it cannot ordinarily be refunded. Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the Operator's absolute discretion.
- In the case of confirmed game malfunction or error, the Operator may void affected Bets and return the stake to your Real Money Balance. Bonus stakes may be returned to the Bonus Balance where appropriate.
- If you dispute a transaction or initiate a chargeback without valid justification, the Operator may:
- Immediately suspend or close your Account;
- Recover any chargeback fees and costs from your Account balance;
- Report the incident to relevant payment providers, regulators, and fraud prevention agencies.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- The Operator endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, including:
- Using reputable, licensed game providers;
- Ensuring that RNG-based Games are independently tested for fairness by recognised laboratories;
- Operating secure systems and reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data and funds.
- However, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Exclusions of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials;
- Interruptions, delays, or failures of the internet, telecommunications, or third-party systems;
- Errors in data transmission, device malfunctions, or software incompatibility;
- Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- The Operator is not responsible for the blocking or restriction of access to the Website by ACMA or any other authority, nor for any consequences to you arising from the classification of the Website as an illegal offshore gambling service under Australian law.
Liability Cap and Non-Excludable Rights
- In respect of any specific Bet, Game, or transaction, the maximum liability of the Operator to you shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or Game.
- Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory laws that apply to you, including non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where those laws apply. However, because the Operator is an offshore entity, your practical ability to enforce such rights in your home jurisdiction may be limited.
- Gambling involves financial risk and can cause addiction. You are responsible for ensuring that you gamble responsibly and within your means. If you require assistance, you should contact local support services in your country (for example, in Australia, state and territory gambling helplines and online counselling services).
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the Services, including but not limited to software, code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio-visual content, and Game interfaces, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and its suppliers.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You may not, without prior written consent of the Operator:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or Services;
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Website or its content for any commercial purpose;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the software used in the Services, except where permitted by mandatory law;
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Website.
- Unauthorised use of the Operator's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability and may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your Account.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal data is collected and processed by the Operator as the data controller for purposes including account administration, provision of the Services, KYC/AML checks, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
- All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. You should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.
- Your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including Curaçao and Cyprus, where data protection standards may differ. By using the Services, you consent to such cross-border transfers to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- The Operator implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Changes to Terms
- The Operator may amend these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Game or Bonus rules at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements (including the evolving Curaçao licensing regime), business practices, or the Services.
- Material changes will be notified by one or more of the following methods:
- Posting an updated version of the Terms on the Website with a revised "effective from" date;
- Displaying an in-site notification, pop-up, or banner on login;
- Sending an email to the address registered to your Account, where feasible.
- Changes will take effect from the date specified in the notice. By continuing to use the Website after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Account, and request withdrawal of any available Real Money Balance, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by You
- You may close your Account at any time by following the procedures available on the Website or by contacting customer support using the contact channels published there.
- Upon receiving your closure request, the Operator will:
- Process any pending Bets in accordance with the relevant Game rules;
- Pay out any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to KYC/AML checks and these Terms;
- Cancel any unused Bonuses and Bonus Balance.
Suspension or Termination by the Operator
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account, with or without prior notice, if:
- You breach these Terms, Bonus rules, or any Game rules;
- The Operator suspects fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
- You provide false or misleading information or fail to complete requested KYC/AML checks;
- Required by law, a court order, a regulatory authority, or as a condition of the Operator's Curaçao licence;
- Your use of the Services may compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the Operator or its suppliers.
- During suspension, you may be prevented from depositing, withdrawing, or placing Bets until the matter is resolved.
- Where your Account is closed for a serious breach or unlawful activity, the Operator may:
- Void Bets and Bonuses;
- Confiscate funds reasonably believed to be associated with the breach or illegal conduct;
- Report the matter to regulators, law enforcement authorities, and payment providers.
- Where your Account is closed for non-serious reasons (e.g., at your request or for inactivity), any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out upon request, subject to verification and applicable limits.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- These Terms, and any contract between you and the Operator relating to the Services, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
- The Services are operated from Curaçao and are not authorised by Australian regulators. Your use of the Services from Australia or any other jurisdiction is at your own initiative and risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that you do not violate local laws (including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 in Australia).
Dispute Resolution and Complaints
- Internal Complaint Handling
- If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you must first contact the Operator via the customer support channels indicated on the Website, providing full details of the issue and all relevant information.
- The Operator will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and will seek to investigate and resolve it within a reasonable time.
- Escalation to Licensing Body
- If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the Operator's Curaçao licensing provider or the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, in accordance with the procedures published on the relevant regulator's website.
- Please note that the dispute resolution mechanisms available under a Curaçao sub-licence may be more limited than those provided by regulators in some other jurisdictions.
- Court Jurisdiction
- Subject to any applicable arbitration or regulatory complaint mechanisms, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or their breach shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Nothing in this clause prevents you or the Operator from seeking interim or protective relief before any competent court.
- Australian Users
- Australian Players using an offshore service such as Betman Casino are generally not covered by Australian gambling consumer protection frameworks, and bodies such as the Commonwealth Ombudsman or ACMA do not provide individual dispute resolution for such services.
